I know a lot of people have questions on using monofiber hair, so I’ve decided to do a quick little review.  Lucky Charm is the first pony I rehaired using @retrodollsus monofiber hair.  First thing, this hair is so soft!  I’ve never felt another type of hair like, but if I had to describe it, I’d say it feels like silk.  This did make it a bit hard to work with at first, because it was so soft, it was slippery, and didn’t want to stay on my tool.  I quickly found that if I kept it wet, it was much much easier to work with.  Highly recommend if you’re going to use this, keep it wet! It doesn’t have to be dripping wet, I kept a spray bottle nearby, and gave it a mist every now and then.  Lucky Charm actually has three different types of hair.  The monofiber in mojito, RDUS’s Apple nylon, and Dollyhair’s Posion Ivy nylon.  Before styling, the monofiber did stick up a bit more than the two nylon colors, but pouring some boiling water over it (something I always do anyway to help style my custom ponies hair) tamed it.  As you can see, it blends nicely with the other two colors, and takes a curl well.  Bottom line, yes, I would use the monofiber again, and yes, I’d recommend it.  In fact, I have some purple monofiber I plan to put to use soon!

Thanks for the great review, okie!!! And Lucky Charm is just too dang cute!!! <3
